I received my customized blanket, but unfortunately there was residual letters that transferred from another product, customer service was great, they shipped me another blanket, and of course it had the same problem. Unfortunately there no quality assurance in their products,

It’s lovely. I placed it on old my heavy duty mat, as it does blow away in heavy winds. But nonetheless, it’s a cute extra as an out doormat. Too cute actually to wipe your shoes off on! 😉 it arrived quicker than I thought and well made in velour.
